We are a group of men who share life together by meeting each Thursday night throughout the year to study the Word of God, to pray together, encourage one another and lift our brothers as we are instructed in Hebrews 10:24-25. John Bard — 1940-2018
Our dead friend and brother in Christ, John Albert Bard, left us on Sept. 27, 2018 following a courageous battle with brain cancer. He was 77. John was a founding member of this Promise Keepers men’s Bible study group. We will miss his smile, his peaceful and calming demeanor, and his example of how to live life as a man of God as we gather on Thursday nights to study God’s word and share life together. We miss his physical presence, but John will be with us in our hearts forever.
